Workforce Compliance

Compliance is not an add-on at Hard Hat — it is built into every placement we make. Every worker is vetted, verified, and documented before deployment.

Our Compliance Process

Hard Hat Recruitment operates a structured, documented compliance process for every worker we supply. This process is designed to meet the expectations of Tier 1 contractors, principal contractors, and supply chain procurement teams. Every operative undergoes the same rigorous vetting regardless of role level or placement duration.
